Beaune Wood Board

A beech wood board with the Beaune map printed on it.

Crafted from beech wood (authorized for food use), this board should only be cleaned by hand and hand dried after cleaning. Do not clean in the dishwasher. After a few uses, apply a layer of food oil (sunflower, olive, etc.) with a cloth to saturate and nourish the wood. Avoid too high of temperatures to avoid a sudden change in the hydrometry in the wood.

There may be differences in shades due to the nature of recycling wine crates.

This board measures 11x10 inches.
